By accessing or using Milk Khata ("the App", "the Service", "we", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Milk Khata. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  Download and install the App on devices you own or control.

  Use the App solely for your personal or internal business dairy management purposes.
• ›
  Access the features made available to you based on your account plan.

This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

As a user of Milk Khata, you agree to:

  Provide accurate and truthful information when creating records and customer entries.

  Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any unauthorized person.
• ›
  Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• ›
  Not use the App for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
• ›
  Not upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
• ›
  Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, accounts, or our servers.

The Milk Khata app, its logo, design, text, graphics, code, and all other content are the exclusive intellectual property of Milk Khata and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

  You may not reproduce or duplicate any part of the Service without written permission.
• ›
  You may not use our branding (logo, name) without prior written approval.
• ›
  Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied.

  We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• ›
  We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information in the App.
• ›
  We are not responsible for decisions made based on data stored in the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milk Khata and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or intangible losses.

  Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• ›
  Any service interruptions, including those caused by third-party actions, disasters, or infrastructure failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may also delete your account at any time from within app settings. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Provisions related to indemnification, IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or a prominent notice on this page with an updated date.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the App.
