From a problem spotted in 2024 to a fully-launched product in 2026 — this is our story.
The team at RJ Innovative Media observed a frustrating gap — dairy farmers across India were still maintaining paper khatas, losing revenue daily due to manual errors, missing entries, and no billing transparency. The problem was clear; now we needed a solution.
Over two years, we talked to hundreds of dairy farmers, distributors, and collectors across multiple states. We studied existing workflows, tested early prototypes, and refined every detail — from UI design to offline-first architecture — to build something truly useful for real people in the field.
After years of hard work, Milk Khata was officially launched on Google Play Store in 2026. Built with love by RJ Innovative Media, the app immediately resonated with farmers looking for a smarter, faster way to manage their daily milk records and payments.
